そんなことを考えて、行き着いたのが
3Dプリンター。
知識ゼロからのスタート。

“If I could make my own pot...”
After thinking about this, I came up with 3D printer.
Starting from zero knowledge.
最初の鉢
一番最初に制作したのが、六角形型の鉢。
鉢としての機能性はイマイチだが、
デザインとしては気に入ってる１つ。
The first pot
The first thing I made was a hexagonal pot.
It's not the most functional pot,
but I like the design of it.
循環を促す鉢
”水をあげたら、光と風でしっかりと土を乾かす。
乾いたら、また水をあげる、
その循環が大事”
通年で湿度が高い沖縄。
土が乾きやすい環境を鉢で再現できないか・・・？
それでデザインしてみた鉢は通気孔がある鉢。
孔は表面が大きく、裏が小さめ。
簡単に言うと、円柱状になっているイメージ。
水をあげても表に土が出てこない程度の通気孔。
仮にこの孔から根っこが出てきても、それはそれで面白いものになりそう。
このような鉢を使って育成速度に違いがあるのか検証してみたい。
Pots that promote circulation
"After watering, let the soil dry out thoroughly with light and wind.
When it dries, water it again.

Okinawa has high humidity all year round.
Is it possible to recreate an environment where the soil dries out easily in a pot...?
So the pot I designed has ventilation holes.
The holes are large on the front and smaller on the back.
Simply put, imagine it as a cylinder.
The ventilation holes are just big enough that the soil doesn't come out to the surface even when watered.
Even if roots do come out of these holes, it would be interesting in itself.
I would like to use a pot like this to see if there is a difference in the growth speed.

コーヒードリップを参考に制作。
受け皿はスタンドの機能を併せ持った構造に。
その皿に落ちた水と優しいライトの光が、癒しの光景を作りあげます。

It was created based on coffee drip.
The tray also functions as a stand.
The water falling into the tray and the gentle light from the lamp create a soothing scene.
壁掛け受け皿
植物の棚のスペースがなくなってきた頃。
LEDの当たっている壁を有効利用できないかと考えて作った壁にかけられる受け皿。
動画の壁掛け受け皿は、ロゴ入り鉢の2号サイズに合わせて設計。
壁につけているパーツは壁にビスを２つ打つタイプに。
Wall-mounted tray
When we were running out of space on the plant shelves, we wondered if we could make effective use of the wall where the LEDs were shining, and created this wall-hanging tray.
The wall-hanging tray in the video was designed to fit the No. 2 size logo pot.
The part attached to the wall is the type that requires two screws to be driven into the wall.
ロゴ入り鉢 × 受けスタンド
drip鉢用の受けスタンドをロゴ入り鉢と組み合わせ。
受けた水もライトに照らされて、癒しの時間を演出してくれる作品。

A drip pot stand is combined with a pot with a logo.
The water is also illuminated by the light, creating a soothing atmosphere.
壁掛け受け皿と長鉢
空いた空間に彩りを。
壁にかければ、置くスペースにも困らない。
変化が欲しい時は、鉢ごと変えて植物ライフを自由に楽しめる構造に。
Wall-mounted saucer and long pots
Add colour to empty spaces. Hang them on the wall and you won't have to worry about space. When you want to add some variety, you can change out the pots and enjoy your plant life freely.
